Research and Professional Interests
Dr. Kim’s professional interest focuses on understanding relationships between societal factors and individual health behaviors, especially looking
at parents and environmental influences on childhood health and well-being. Her research examines the role of early risk factors for pediatric obesity
such as child care, child-feeding practices, physical activity, and family and environmental factors.
